Buyer’s Inspection fee
Buyer’s title company / attorneys’ fees
All property related insurance
Owner’s Policy Premium (if Paragraph 9 (c)(iii) is checked)
Buyer’s Broker Commission (refer to your Buyer Broker Representation Agreement)
Miscellaneous fees – such as wire, courier, and notary fees, if any
