Buyer’s Closing Costs

Below is a list of closing costs to be paid by Buyer. This list is also reflected on page 3 of the “As Is” Residential Contract For Sale And Purchase.

DESCRIPTION Taxes and recording fees on notes and mortgages Recording fees or deed and financing statements Owner’s Policy and Charges (if Paragraph 9 (c)(iii) is checked) Survey (and elevation certificate, if required) Lender’s title policy and endorsements, if applicable HOA /Condominium Association application / transfer fees, if applicable Municipal lien search (if Paragraph 9 (c)(ii) is checked) Loan expenses, if any Appraisal fee, if any Buyer’s Inspection fee Buyer’s title company / attorneys’ fees All property related insurance Owner’s Policy Premium (if Paragraph 9 (c)(iii) is checked) Buyer’s Broker Commission (refer to your Buyer Broker Representation Agreement) Miscellaneous fees – such as wire, courier, and notary fees, if any
