We are responding to a request for an evaluation of the performance of Eva Oliver and David Sporn as realtors. We selected her and her associate, David Sporn, in early December 2023 to be our realtors for the sale of our condo apartment because we had known David for over 25 years and respected his record.

From signing of the realtor contract through closing in mid February 2024 Eva and David took the lead in regularly keeping us apprised of progress and timing and explanations of those tasks that we needed to complete. They always sought our approval for times to show the apartment and gave us as much advanced notice as possible.
The sale of the condo was undertaken because as seniors with some medical issues we needed a different environment.
